What is stored on this device
Counts only — the content itself is never summarised or sent anywhere.
Minimal anonymous technical data held by the service
Everything above is held on this device. This is the one exception: a small amount of anonymous technical information is held by the service itself, so that AI features cannot be abused or run up uncontrolled cost.
What is held. A random, opaque identifier for this browser, the date, and a few counters: how many AI reflections and transcriptions were requested, and how many seconds of audio were transcribed. The identifier is stored only as a scrambled (hashed) value.
Why. To apply a fair daily allowance, to stop automated abuse of the AI features, and to keep AI costs within a fixed ceiling so the service stays available.
How long. About 30 days, then it is deleted automatically.
What is never in it. No journal entries, no reflections, no messages you send to AI, no AI replies, no audio, no transcripts, no crisis information, no name, no email address. The identifier is random — it is not built from anything about you or your hardware, and it is never used for advertising, profiling or analytics.
Being honest about a limit: because these records are anonymous, we cannot look up which ones belong to you, so clearing this app's data on your device does not reach back and delete them. It stops them being added to, and the existing ones expire on the schedule above.

When you use AI-assisted reflection, only that message and a few recent turns of the same conversation are sent. Your name, journal, saved reflections and settings are never sent.

Optional. If enabled, only general events are recorded — such as a screen being viewed or an exercise being started. Never journal text, reflection content or anything you write.
Your data
The export is a plain, unencrypted file containing everything you have written here. It is saved to this device's downloads folder, where anything else with access to this device can open it. Keep it somewhere you trust, and delete it when you no longer need it.
There is no account to delete — deleting your data removes everything this app holds about you on this device, including your acknowledgements and any unsent voice recordings. It cannot be undone.
